While the number of people who purchase goods and services online continues to grow year after year, the past 18 months have accelerated that growth to a degree that many retailers simply were not prepared for, particularly as it relates to eCommerce, order management, and personalization. As a result, retailers are searching for any advantage they can gain that will allow them to react quickly to this unprecedented shift in consumer behavior and better serve their customers.
